Makers Empire is excited to share that school districts serviced by the Lower Hudson Regional Information Center New York — Westchester, Putnam, and Rockland counties — can now procure Makers Empire 3D Printing Learning Program and professional development through the LHRIC.
Sarah Martabano, Manager Educational Technology Lower Hudson Regional Information Center, said, “More and more schools are looking for partners to support their STEAM-themed teaching and learning with 3D printing technology. Now schools can easily do so through this LHRIC COSER program with access to all the services, tools, resources and professional development services to implement and integrate 3D printing in their classrooms.”
The Lower Hudson RIC is primarily focused on assisting districts in transforming teaching and learning through the use of technology. Makers Empire CEO Jon Soong said, “Makers Empire shares a similar vision to transform learning through 3D, so we are delighted to be able to work with the Lower Hudson RIC and the 60+ districts they represent. We cannot wait to help more schools in the Lower Hudson region implement our world leading 3D programs and improve student learning outcomes!”
LHRIC and Makers Empire are planning to conduct a series of orientation sessions via webinar in the Fall. Is your school looking to get started? Find out more by registering for an online demonstration.
